Quotations, proforma invoices and contracts are issued in the name of Suzhou V5 Medical Technology Co., Ltd. If a document you receive names a different party, confirm it with us at sales@v5med.net before you sign or pay.
2. Our role
V5 Medical is a supply chain integrator. We select manufacturers for each product, coordinate specifications and production, check goods before shipment, and consolidate export.
We are not the legal manufacturer of the products we supply unless a quotation states otherwise. The legal manufacturer of each item is the factory that produces it.
3. Who holds the certificates

Certificate availability differs by product and by manufacturer. We confirm what is available for your specification at quotation stage, not after the order.
4. What you receive with a quotation
For each quoted SKU you can ask for:
- The name of the manufacturer for the confirmed specification.
- Copies of the manufacturer's certificates, showing the certificate holder, scope and validity dates.
- The Declaration of Conformity and technical documents available for the item.
- Samples before bulk production.
Some technical documents are released under a non-disclosure agreement.
5. How to verify us
- Send your target SKUs and destination market through the quote form or to sales@v5med.net.
- Ask for the document list for those SKUs. We reply with the manufacturer and the documents available for each one.
- Check the certificate holder name, scope and validity against the issuing body's public register.
- Check that the party named on the proforma invoice matches the legal name on this page.
6. Payment safety
Pay only against a proforma invoice issued by us. If payment details change, or differ from your proforma invoice, confirm them through sales@v5med.net before sending funds.
